CSBI is about people and caring… CSBI is a centrally located, single point of contact for multiple community non-profit agencies and a place where people care about people—from the very young to the elderly.
There are currently 17 agencies providing a diverse group of services for the community. In 2009, they combined to provide over
60,000 units of service in Cleveland County—mostly from the low to moderate income categories. More than two thirds of the clients served were children.
With agencies located in the same facility, their capacity to serve has been greatly increased. Through lower rents and shared resources, a collaborative environment has developed to better address the needs and well-being of the Cleveland County community.
